Shipping Rates & Speed
SaveOnShirts.ca ships blank apparel across Canada from warehouses located in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Our multi-warehouse network allows us to ship orders from inventory located as close to you as possible, helping reduce transit times and shipping costs.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping starts at $13.35 and is calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
- For an accurate shipping quote, add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and enter your postal code.
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $350 before tax. Certain exclusions and remote-area restrictions apply.
Gildan & Next Level Orders
Gildan and Next Level products may ship separately from products supplied by our other warehouses. As a result, these products are subject to a separate $350 free-shipping threshold.
For example, combining Gildan or Next Level products with products from other brands does not necessarily combine them toward one $350 free-shipping minimum if the products must ship from separate warehouse networks.
How Fast Will My Order Arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the warehouse or warehouses supplying your order.
- Orders shipping within the same province typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
- Orders shipping to another province typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates provided using available carrier and warehouse information. Although these estimates are generally reliable, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM local warehouse time will generally ship the same business day when inventory is available and there are no processing delays.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders requiring manual review, address verification or other assistance may require additional processing time.
Where Does My Order Ship From?
SaveOnShirts.ca fulfills orders from Canadian warehouses in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
We attempt to fulfill your order from the closest available warehouse while minimizing the number of separate shipments whenever possible. Depending on product availability and the brands ordered, your order may be shipped from more than one warehouse.
Products placed in your shopping cart are not reserved until your order is completed. Inventory availability and the warehouse supplying an item may change before checkout.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are generally shipped by UPS unless another shipping method is specified.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot locate your tracking information, please contact SaveOnShirts.ca Customer Service.
Shipping Restrictions
- SaveOnShirts.ca currently ships within Canada only.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- We are currently unable to ship orders to Nunavut.
- Same-day courier delivery is not available.
- Some remote Canadian locations may not qualify for free shipping.
Order Notes & Special Delivery Requests
Adding a note to your order may require manual review and can delay processing, particularly when an order is placed outside our regular customer service hours.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delivery instructions; however, special delivery requests cannot be guaranteed. Once a shipment has been transferred to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's policies and operating procedures.
Warehouse Pick Up
Customer pickup is not available from our distribution warehouses because these facilities are not open to the public. Orders placed through SaveOnShirts.ca must be shipped to an eligible Canadian delivery address.
