Where can I find product size charts?
Size charts and garment measurements are available on our product pages. For most products, sizing information can be found under Additional Information. For Gildan products, size charts are located in the Description section. Visit our Size Charts & Sizing Information page for details and instructions on how to measure a garment.
Is there a minimum order?
No. SaveOnShirts.ca has no minimum order requirement. You can order one item or purchase larger quantities for your business, team, event, printing project or resale.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM local warehouse time will generally ship the same business day when inventory is available and there are no processing delays. See our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page for details.
Where does SaveOnShirts.ca ship?
We ship within Canada from distribution warehouses in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. We do not ship outside Canada or to PO boxes, and we are currently unable to ship to Nunavut.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. More information is available on our Shipping page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are electronically released to our warehouses very quickly, generally within approximately 10 minutes. Once an order has been released for processing, we are unable to cancel it or change products, colours, sizes, quantities or other order details. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items can be returned according to our return policy, and you can place a new order for the size, colour or product you require.
