Shipping & Returns
Looking for the fine print before you place an order with us? Below is all the information you'll need about our shipping and return policies. If you have additional questions, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
- Warehouses are located in Vancouver, Edmonton and Mississauga
- Orders will ship from one or more locations based on stock availability. We will always pull from the one closest to you first!
- Most orders placed before 11am PST will ship out the same day*
*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- You will be automatically notified within 24 hours if there is either a stock issue or a problem with your payment
- The beginning of the week may experience delays due to an excess of orders placed over the weekends. Please plan ahead!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- All orders are shipped with UPS
- Most UPS Ground orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed
- Most UPS Express orders are delivered the next business day
- We do not currently offer a same day delivery service
- Your order may be split between multiple locations based on inventory availability
- We are unable to deliver to PO boxes
- Pick up/return drop off is not a service that we offer at this time; all orders must ship
- Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart by entering your province and postal code
- Please make sure that you have all items added to your cart to receive an accurate quote
- The shopping cart will provide quotes for both UPS Ground and UPS Express
- Most orders with a subtotal of $300 or higher are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping
- Orders sent to locations such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or other areas deemed remote by UPS are not eligible for free shipping
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! You can request a return authorization from us within 30 days of your purchase. All you need to do is call us at 604-670-4015, or email at email@example.com with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colours, sizes and quantities. Please also provide your order number. We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Altered or washed garments are not returnable
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Returns must be authorized by Wholesaleblanks.ca
- Returns without a RA # will be refused
- Claims must be made within 30 days from receipt
- Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid
- Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed
In the case that there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged, incorrect or missing items, and send a return label to cover return shipping on any faulty product. Please make sure to thoroughly check orders upon receipt, as in these cases the 30 day claim window still applies. Remember, the quicker you let us know of a problem, the faster we can fix it for you!
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must contact us for return instructions for any unwanted items, and then place a new order through the website.
Once an order has been released into picking we are unable to halt its progress, whether to make a change on the order, or to cancel it entirely. Please note that even if an order does not have tracking yet, it still may be too late to make changes. Our team works incredibly quickly!
Once the order has been processed, the return policy is in effect.
Wholesaleblanks.ca does not hold backorders. If an item on your order is out of stock you will be contacted, with the option to either swap for an in stock alternative, or remove the item from your order.
All stock issues must be resolved before the remainder of the order may be processed. Prior to processing, the inventory on your order will not be held. Please contact us to resolve stock issues as soon as possible to avoid additional stock shortages.
