How can I rush my order?
To rush an order, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout. Most Express orders are delivered the next business day.
How soon can I have an order?
Most in stock orders placed before 11:00AM PST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Orders are typically delivered 2 to 5 business days after being placed; your shipping time will depend on which of our warehouses we'll need to send the products from. Please note that if your shipment needs to split between two locations, you may receive it in two separate deliveries.
Do you ship orders to PO Box addresses?
Sorry, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.
Can I pick up from your store?
Perhaps the most frequently asked question! Sorry folks, we don't have a storefront location. You're welcome to come visit us at our showroom in Vancouver to check out some of our top sellers before you buy, but all sales need to take place on the website and ship from our warehouse locations.
Ok, can I pick up from your warehouse then?
Sorry, still a nope. Our warehouses are closed to the public, and we're not able to offer any pick up services from their facilities.
What if I just want a few samples?
We don't have any order minimums, so you're welcome to place an order for just a few items before you commit to a bulk order! If you leave a note in your order comments that you're placing a sample order, one of our friendly customer service reps will add $14.95 in store credit to your account, which should help offset the shipping cost on your next purchase.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account, you can view your current order status online once you've logged in. You can also email us at orders@saveonshirts.ca, or give us a call at (604) 670-4015 for an update. Please make our lives easier by having your order number on hand!
How does the bulk pricing work?
The short answer is that we have already reduced our pricing to give you the most savings possible. In the past we have a discount over 500 items, but we extended that discount level to any order size!
Are your shirts first quality?
Yes our shirts are first quality. We get this question frequently because our prices are so low!
Do you accept purchase orders?
While we typically do not accept Purchase Orders as a payment method, there are some exceptions for schools and government organizations. For more information or to confirm your eligibility, please contact customer service at orders@saveonshirts.ca.
Do I need to make an account to place an order?
We get it, sometimes you don't feel like making another account for another online store! You don't need to create one to place an order with us; when you enter the checkout, you can choose to check out as a guest.
Creating an account doesn't make any changes to your pricing, but it will let you easily track your order history, as well as store your payment information on file if you choose. All you need to create an account is a valid email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal or Interac eTransfer. Some organizations may be able to pay with cheque. The possibilities are endless!
Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $14.95.
How do I exchange an order?
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges in the traditional sense! If you're not happy with the product you've received, please contact us within 30 days to get a return authorized. If you'd like additional product shipped out, you'll need to place a new order through the website.
Does your company offer printing or embroidery services?
We have some printing partners that we work directly with. For more information on how you can get our products decorated, please visit www.checkpointone.ca. In some most cases you can order direct from us and have your product shipped to a screen printer to save some of the middle man costs. If you have any questions, just reach out at orders@saveonshirts.ca.
Do you ship to the USA?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Canada.
